Azure Resort & Spa Tsilivi , Tsilivi (Zakynthos)

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was stunning, with beautiful surroundings, and the food was excellent. However, the noise levels were unacceptable, especially during peak cleaning hours, making it hard to relax. While the ambiance was nice, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was a major letdown, especially for a place that claims to be a luxury destination.

The hotel has a potential to be great with its modern facilities and four pools, but it fell short in several areas. The food was often just warm, and the service could be improved. Additionally, the atmosphere felt too focused on catering to Polish guests, which detracted from the overall experience. On the upside, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which certainly helped.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel with a great all-inclusive package. The rooms were modern and very clean, and we enjoyed delicious food throughout our stay. However, the entertainment options were limited and the soundproofing in the rooms could be better, which affected our overall experience.
